中国义乌网10月21日讯(通讯员 陈正明)为更好地服务辖区境外人员，吸引更多优秀境外人员来义乌投资、经商、学习，维护良好涉外秩序，义乌警方日前积极组织部署外国人服务管理工作，并向在义外国人发出了中英文对照的温馨提醒宣传单，受到了外国人的欢迎和好评。
宣传单共有六条，由辖区派出所和出入境管理部门人员上街、上门送到外国人手中。
宣传单全文如下：
警方温馨提醒 Police Notice
外宾朋友，欢迎您来到国际商贸城义乌。为了保障您的合法权益，义乌市公安局温馨提醒您注意以下事项：
Welcome to Yiwu, the international commodity city. For your legal interests, the Yiwu Public Security Bureau warmly reminds you the following items:
一、除住宾(旅)馆外，请您每次抵达义乌后24小时内到您居住地派出所申报临时住宿登记，外出请随身携带有效证件。
Except that you live in hotels you must apply for temporary lodging registration in the corresponding police office within 24 hours after you arrive in Yi Wu.Please take the passport with you ,when you are outside.
二、年满十六周岁的外国人在中国境内停留居留，应当随身携带有效证件，接受公安机关的查验。
Foreigners having reached the age of 16 who stay or reside in China shall carry with them their passports or other international travel documents, or foreigners’ stay or residence permits, and accept the inspection of public security organs.
三、未按照规定取得工作许可和工作类居留证件，您不得在义乌就业；任何单位和个人不得聘用未取得工作许可和工作类居留证件的外国人。
Foreigners who work in China shall obtain work permits and work-type residence permits in accordance with relevant regulations. No entities or individuals shall employ foreigners who have no work permits or work-type residence permits.
四、请特别注意您的签证证件停留有效期。您务必在签证到期前按期离境或者于签证到期7日前向出入境管理局申请签证延期。
Please pay special attention to the valid duration of stay specified in the visa. The visa holder shall exit before the visa expired or file an application with the exit/entry administration bureau in the place of his stay seven days prior to the expiry of the duration specified in the visa.
五、如您所持的护照信息、职业或者身份、工作单位、在义住址等项目内容有变更，请于10日内到出入境管理局办理变更登记。
Where the registered item in a foreigner’s residence permit such as passport information, occupation, address in Yiwu etc. has changed, the holder shall, within 10 days from the date of change, apply to the exit/entry administration bureau in the place of residence for going through the formalities for alteration.
六、如您所持的护照、证件遗失或被盗(抢)，请到当地派出所申请《报失证明》，凭报失证明到出入境管理局办理相关手续。
Where ordinary visas, stay or residence permits held by foreigners need to be reissued due to damage, loss, theft, robbery or other reasons, those foreigners shall report the case to the police station first and apply for a reissue with the exit/entry administrations bureau.
遵守中国法律是您的义务，义乌市公安局将对违反上述规定的行为进行相应处罚。
It’s your obligation to abey the Chinese law.People who act against the above regulations will be punished as per Chinese laws.
