澳大利亚前总理
陆克文阁下于2007至2010年任澳大利亚第26届总理,2010至2012年任外交部长,并于2013年重返总理之职。在担任总理期间,陆先生领导澳大利亚在应对全球金融危机,使澳大利亚成为所有发达经济体中唯一没有遭遇经济衰退的国家。陆先生是国际公认的二十国集团(G2O)的创始人之一,也是亚洲协会政策研究院(纽约)的创始主席,同时担任多边机构独立委员会主席,领衔一项为期两年以联合国系统为核心的国际多边机构系统的审核报告,于2016年8月发布《迈向2030的联合国:在裂变的世界中重塑全球秩序》。陆先生系哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院高级研究员,英国皇家战略研究所杰出访问学者,美国战略与国际研究中心卓越政治家,保尔森基金会杰出成员。陆先生研习中文30余年,现为清华大学苏世民学院的国际顾问委员会成员,北京大学名誉教授,北京国际金融论坛主席,并兼任世界经济论坛中国全球事务委员会联合主席。他创立了亚太共同体基金会以促进地区安全、经济和环境领域的合作,推动了高效的区域机构体系在未来的发展。
Kevin Rudd
Former Prime Minister of Australia
The Honourable Kevin Rudd served as Australia’s 26th Prime Minister(2007-2010, 2013) and as ForeignMinister (2010-2012). He ledAustralia’s response during the GFC – the only major developedeconomy not togo into recession – and helped found the G20.Mr. Rudd is inaugural President of the Asia Society Policy Institute in New York. ASPI is a “think-do tank”dedicated to second track diplomacy to assist governments and businesses on policy challenges within Asia, andbetween Asia, the US and the West.He served as Chair of the Independent Commission on Multilateralism, a two-year review of the United Nationssystem, releasing his Chair’s Report “UN 2030: Rebuilding Order in a Fragmenting World” in August 2016.He has been a Senior Fellow with Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, where hecompleted and released a major policy paper titled “U.S.-China 21: The Future of U.S.-China Relations UnderXi Jinping: Toward a New Framework of Constructive Realism for a Common Purpose” in April 2015.Mr. Rudd is a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at Chatham House. He is a Distinguished Statesman with the Centrefor Strategic and International Studies, and a Distinguished Fellow at the Paulson Institute in Chicago.Mr. Rudd is proficient in Mandarin Chinese, serves at the International Advisory Board of the SchwartzmanScholars program at Tsinghua University, andas an Honorary Professor at Peking University, and co-Chairs theChina Global Affairs Council of the World Economic Forum.He has also been the Chairman of the International Finance Forum in Beijing, and co-Chair of the InternationalAdvisory Council of the Eco-Forum Global in Guiyang.
Mr. Rudd in his private capacity has established the Australian National Apology Foundation to continue topromote reconciliation and closing the gap between indigenous and non-indigenous Australians. He has alsoestablished the Asia Pacific Community Foundation to promote the cause of regional economic, security, andenvironmental collaboration across the region.
