谢尔盖·伊戈纳季耶夫先生是俄罗斯科学院世界经济与国际关系研究所中国经济政治研究中心副主任。主要研究中俄关系、中美关系、中国的外交政策以及美国在亚太地区的外交政策。目前正在研究“一带一路”倡议进展，以及俄罗斯在这个倡议中的角色和位置。他拥有莫斯科高等经济学院国际关系硕士学位，雅罗斯拉夫尔州立教育大学社会学学士学位。

Sergei Ignatev is the Deputy Head of the Section for Economy and Politics of China in Primakov National Research Institute of World Economy and International Relations (IMEMO), Russian Academy of Sciences. His scientific interests are the Russian-Chinese relations, the U.S.-China Relations, the China’s foreign policy, the foreign policy of the United States in Asia-Pacific region. In addition, he is researching the development of the Chinese initiative "One Belt, One Road" and the role and place of Russia in this project. He holds a master's degree in international relations from Higher School of Economics (Moscow) and a bachelor's degree in sociology from Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University.
