男，汉族，1968年9月生，浙江新昌人，1989年1月加入中国共产党，1989年8月参加工作，在职研究生学历。曾任绍兴市旅游局(总公司)副局长(副总经理)、省会稽山旅游度假区管委会副主任、纪工委书记，绍兴市招商服务局局长、市外经贸局副局长，绍兴县委常委、副县长，嵊州市委副书记、代市长、市长、市委书记，永嘉县委书记，金华市副市长，义乌市委副书记、市长等职。

Sheng Qiuping was born in September, 1968, in Xinchang of Zhejiang Province, China. He joined Chinese Communist Party in Januarary, 1989. He has previously worked as deputy director of Shaoxing City Tourist Office, Deputy Director of Jishan Resort Office, Director of Shaoxing City Merchance Office and Deputy Director of Economic and Trade Bureau. He was also a member of Standing Committee of Shaoxing County, Acting Mayor, Mayor, Deputy Secretary and Secretary of Party Committee of Shengzhou City, Deputy Mayor of Jinhua, Mayor and Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Yiwu.
