高兴夫
浙江省人民政府副省长
高兴夫，中共党员，博士。现任浙江省人民政府副省长、党组成员、海洋港口发展委员会主任。曾任浙江省交通投资集团有限公司董事长、党委书记；浙江省建设投资集团有限公司董事长、党委书记；浙江省建工集团有限责任公司董事、副总经理、党委委员；浙江晴纶厂建设工程指挥部处长。主要负责主持省海港委工作，负责综合交通运输、海洋事务综合协调管理等方面工作；分管省交通运输厅、省海洋与渔业局；联系浙江海事局、省邮政管理局、民航浙江安全监管局、杭州铁路办事处。
Gao Xingfu
Vice Governor, Government of Zhejiang Province
Gao Xingfu, member of Chinese Communist Party and doctor, is the current Vice Governor of Zhejiang Province and Director of ZhejiangOcean Port Development Council. He was previously President and Secretary of Party Committee of Zhejiang Communication Investment Group, President and Secretary of Party Committee of Zhejiang Construction Investment Group, Vice President and Secretary of Party Committee of Zhejiang Construction Engineering Group and Commander Chief of Zhejiang Qinglun Factory Construction Work. He is mainly responsible for managing the works at Zhejiang ports, general transportation issues and maritime affairs. He is also in charge of Department of Zhejiang Transportation, Fishing Bureau, Zhejiang Marine Board, Zhejiang Post Service, Zhejiang Safety Supervision Bureau and Hangzhou Railway Office.
