经济学教授、博士生导师。中南财经政法大学经济学学士、亚洲理工学院-多特蒙德大学联合理学硕士、德国维藤大学经济学博士、哈佛大学博士后研究员。曾先后任美国东西方中心人口研究所研究实习员、亚洲理工学院研究助理、世界银行驻中国代表处经济官员、法国兴业证劵亚洲公司副总裁兼首席中国经济学家和该公司驻北京首席代表、美国DoubleBridge Technologies，Inc.联合创始人兼财务总监、中国社会科学院研究员兼中国社科院研究生院博士生导师、哈佛大学高级研究员、北京师范大学经济与资源管理研究院副院长和院长。
Hu Biliang
Dean of Emerging Markets Institute and One Belt One Road Institute, Beijing Normal University
Professor Hu Biliang is a Professor of Economics at Beijing Normal University and Dean of Emerging Markets Institute. He received his Doctorate of Economics from the School of Economics and Management, Witten/Herdecke University in Germany, Master of Science degree jointly by Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok Thailand and University of Dortmund in Germany, and he also conducted a two and half years post-doc research programme in the Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University. Before joining Beijing Normal University, he had taught Economics of Development in the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences for some years as an Associate Professor in early 1990s and a professor after 1998. He had also worked as an economist in the World Bank, a Chief China Economist and VP of Hong Kong based SG Securities Asia Limited, and a private entrepreneur in the IT industry. He had been the Deputy Dean and Dean of School of Economics and Resource Management, Beijing Normal University.
