李虹
天津外国语大学党委书记，中国高等教育管理学会理事。
1984年毕业于天津大学，毕业后留校任教，后调入天津团市委，历任共青团天津市委副书记、书记，市青联主席，2007年调任天津外国语大学党委书记。李虹同志多年从事高等教育管理工作和青年学生思想教育工作，多次参加国家外专局、天津市委市政府组织的境外培训项目，赴美国、英国、澳大利亚进行高等教育、行政管理培训，在中外高等教育管理体制比较研究、中国特色现代大学制度建设、高校党建与意识形态工作等方向进行了深入的研究，取得了一定的成效。

Secretary of the Party Committee at Tianjin Foreign Studies University
Li Hong graduated from Tianjin University in 1984. After graduation, she stayed at Tianjin University as a lecture. She was later appointed to Tianjin Mission Municipal Party Committee and subsequently served as Deputy Secretary and The Secretary of China Communist Youth League Tianjin Committee. She was also The Vice President of Tianjin Youth Federation. She became The Secretary of The Party Committee at Tianjin Foreign Studies University in 2007. She has been working on Higher Education Management and Youth Ideological Education for many years. She has also participated in many Tianjin government sponsored international training programs, such as Public Administration, Higher Education Management Comparison and Chinese Specialized University Development in US, UK and Australia.
