窦恩勇
中联部部长助理
窦恩勇，1956年12月生，北京房山人，中央党校大学学历。1978年12月加入中国共产党。1978年12月进入中共中央对外联络部，曾先后在办公厅、资编中心、经联中心、机关服务中心和离退休干部局工作，历任三秘、副主任(副处级)、主任(正处级)、主任兼部门经理(正处级)、机关服务中心副主任(副局级)、离退休干部局局长。2000年8月至2002年12月参加中央党校经济管理专业学习。2014年7月任中联部部长助理兼离退休干部局局长。2014年9月任中联部部长助理兼办公厅主任。

Assistant Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee
Dou Enyongwas born in December 1956, in Beijing's Fangshan District. He graduated from Party School of the Central Committee of the CPC, and has been a member of the CPC since December 1978. He started to work at the International Department of the CPC Central Committee in December 1978 and has successively served in the General Office, Information and Reference Center, China Economic Cooperation Center, Logistical Support Center and Bureau of Retiree Affairs as Third Secretary, Deputy Director, Director, Deputy Director-General of the Logistical Support Center and Director-General of the Bureau of Retiree Affairs. He studied in the Party School of the CPC Central Committee between August 2000 and December 2002 majoring in economic management. He assumed the office of Assistant Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee in July 2014 while remaining Director-General of the Bureau of Retiree Affairs until September 2014 when his concurrent post became Director-General of the General Office of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee.
