姚培生
外交部大使
1945年10月生于江苏省太仓县，1964年至1972年在北京外国语学院俄语系学习，获学士学位，1973年入外交部工作，曾任中国驻苏联使馆随员、二秘、一秘；外交部中苏谈判办公室主任，边界谈判中方组长，欧亚司参赞，副司长。1995年至2005年先后任中国驻吉尔吉斯斯坦、拉脱维亚、哈萨克斯坦、乌克兰大使。2006年退休。2009年至2012年应聘担任中央电视台俄语频道定稿专家。2010年曾任上海世博会中国政府副总代表。现为中国亚非交流协会理事，中国国际问题研究基金会研究员，当代世界研究中心特邀研究员，中国公共外交协会会员，丝绸之路和平奖委员会委员。
Yao Peisheng
Ambassador, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of People’s Republic of China
Yao Peisheng was born in October 1945, in Jiangsu Province of China. He studied Russian and earned his Bachelor's Degree at Beijing Foreign Studies University from 1964 to 1972. He begun to work at Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1973 and has served as retinue, Second Secretary, and First Secretary in Chinese Embassy in Soviet-Union. He has also previously worked as Director of China-Soviet Union negotiation office, leader of Chinese border negotiation team, counselor in Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Deputy Director-General. He has served as Chinese Ambassador in Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine from 1995 to 2005. He retired from Embassy in 2006. Between 2009 to 2012, he worked as Script Supervisor in CCTV Russian Channel. He served as Associate Representative in Shanghai EXPO 2010. He is currently member of China Public Diplomacy Association and Silk Road Peace Prize Committee, Director of Chinese Afro Asian Exchange Association, researcher of China foundation for International Studies and guest researcher at Contemporary World Research Center.
