卢山冰
西北大学丝绸之路研究院常务副院长、西北大学现代学院(独立学院)院长
卢山冰，男，汉族，1966年12月生，河北石家庄人，博士研究生学历，双博士后，西北大学丝绸之路研究院常务副院长、经济学教授、产业经济学、企业管理博士生导师，中共党员。
1986年7月在西北大学获得哲学学士，2001年7月、2005年7月在西北大学公共管理学院、经济管理学院分别获得哲学硕士、经济学博士，2007年8月厦门大学管理学院工商管理博士后出站，2011年4月晋江高科技园区企业博士后出站。1986年7月毕业留校任教，2006年4月晋升教授。2010年12月被聘为博士生导师。2009年4月兼任陕鼓集团总经理助理，2013年12月任经济管理学院院长助理。2014年5月，任丝绸之路研究院常务副院长。
Lu Shanbing
Executive Deputy Director of the Silk Road Research Institute of Northwest University, Dean of Modern College of Northwest University (independent college)
Lu Shanbing was born in December 1966 in Shijiazhuang City from Hebei Province of China. A double Postdoctoral researcher, economics professor, PhD Counselor for Industrial Economics and Business Management, and a member of Chinese Communism Party.
In 1986, he received his philosophy bachelor in Northwest University and has been working at same university since then. He was promoted to Professor and PhD Counselor in 2006 and 2010. In 2001 and 2005 he received his philosophy master in the Department of Public Administration, economics doctorate in the department of Economic Management of Northwest University. In 2013, he held the post of assistant to the dean of Economic Management of Northwest University. Since May 2014, he has been the Executive Deputy Director of the Silk Road Research Institute of Northwest University, Dean of Modern College of Northwest University (independent college).
