蒋金法
江西财经大学副校长
蒋金法，1963年12月出生于江苏常州，江西财经大学副校长，教授，博士生导师，中国财政学会理事，中国财政学教学研究会常务理事。蒋金法教授先后两次赴美国华盛顿世界银行与奥地利维也纳经济大学进修学习，主要研究领域是财政、税收理论。在科研上蒋教授潜心于财政理论与税收理论的研究，最近五年先后在《财政研究》、《税务研究》等杂志上就积极财政政策效应、税收制度优化、企业所得税改革等方面发表的学术论文总计50多篇。
Jiang Jingfa
Vice President of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics
Jiang Jingfa was born on December, 1963, in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province of China. He is currently professor, PhD advisor and Vice Presidentof Jiangxi University of Finance and Economy. He is also Director of Society of Public Finance of China and Managing Director of Chinese Finance and Mathematics seminar. He has traveled to World Bank in Washington and Wirtschaftsuniversitat Wien twice to study Laws of Public Finance and Tax Revenue. Jiang has published more than 50 research papers about Active Fiscal Policy, Optimization of Tax Revenue and Enterprise Income Tax Reformation in the past five years.
