明国辉
四川外国语大学党委书记
明国辉，现任四川外国语大学党委书记，2012年任重庆第二师范学院党委书记。2002年至2012年任中共綦江县委书记，县人大常委会主任，1997年至2002年任重庆市江津市委副书记；1994年至1997年任西南政法学院法律二系党总支书记，1994年任西南政法学院经济法系党总支副书记。1978年至1982年在西南政法学院哲学专业学习。
Ming Guohui
Chair of the University Counci of Sichuan International Studies University
Ming Guohui is Chair of the University Council of Sichuan International Studies University, and he once served as Secretary of Communist Party Committee of Chongqing University of Education (2012). Mr. Ming Guohui served as Secretary of Qijiang County Committee of the CPC, Director of Standing Committee of Qijiang County People’s Congress (2002-2012), and Deputy Secretary of Jiangjin Municipal Committee of the CPC (1997-2002). He was Deputy of CPC General Branch of the second School of Law (1994-1997), Deputy Secretary of CPC General Branch of the School of Economic Law in Southwest University of Political Science and Law (1994). Mr. Ming Guohui studied in the School of Philosophy in Southwest University of Political Science and Law (1978-1982).
