周谷平
浙江大学党委副书记、中国西部发展研究院院长
浙江大学党委副书记、中国西部发展研究院院长，教授、博士生导师。主要从事中国近代教育史、中外教育交流史、中国高等教育史、高等教育学等领域的教学和研究工作。先后承担国家战略层面及各类省部级以上研究课题数十项，如“我国‘十二五’时期促进基本公共服务均等化规划思路研究”、“西部大开发重大理论问题研究”、“西部地区‘十二五’规划研究”以及“中国大学百年嬗变”、“中国教育现代化研究”等，获省部级以上奖项10余项。

Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Zhejiang University, President, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of the China Academy of West Region Development (CAWD), Zhejiang University. She is involved in the teaching and research of modern Chinese education history, Chinese-Foreign education exchange history, history of Chinese higher education and studies on higher education. She has been the chair for over a dozen projects for national, ministerial and provincial strategies, e.g. “Research on the Planning of Promoting Basic Public Service Equalization in 12th Five-Year Development Plan Period”, “Studies on the Key Theoretical Issues in Chinese West Region Development”, “Studies on the 12th Five-Year Development Plan in Chinese West Region”, “100-Year Evolution of Chinese Universities” and “Studies on Chinese Education Modernization”. In addition, she has won more than 10 awards in ministerial and provincial levels.
