中国铁建股份有限公司副总经济师
房光辉，中国铁建股份有限公司副总经济师，新疆指挥部指挥长。1957年7月出生于山东，先后就读于长沙铁道兵学院政治系、中国青年政治学院青年工作系。1992年-1997年任中国铁道建筑总公司团工委书记，全国铁道团委常委。1997年-2003年担任中国铁道建筑总公司铁路运输处党委书记，处长兼党委书记。2003年4月开始作为中国铁建股份有限公司经营部部员并担任中国铁建专职监事会主席职务。2011年-2015年中国铁建股份有限公司副总经济师，新疆指挥部指挥长兼党工委书记、上海代表处总经理。2015年12月至今任中国铁建股份有限公司副总经济师，新疆指挥部指挥长兼党工委书记。

Vice Chief Economist of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (CRCC)
He was born in Shandong province, China in July 1957.He studied in politics department of Chang Sha Academy of Railway Corps and then youth work department of China Youth University for Political Studies.He was appointed to be the secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee of China Railway Construction Corporation as well as standing committee of the National Railway League of Communist Youth League of China from 1992 to 1997, the sectary of Party Committee of Railway Transportation Department, director and sectary of Party Committee of Railway Transportation Department from 1997 to 2003.Since April 2003, he has become a staff of Marketing and Management of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited(CRCC) and the full time chairman of Supervisory Committee of CRCC.He was the vice chief economist of CRCC, general manager of CRCC XinJiang Branch, sectary of Party Committee of CRCC XinJiang Branch and general manager of CRCC ShangHai Representative Office from 2011 to 2015.Since December 2015, he has served as the vice chief economist of CRCC, general manager of CRCC XinJiang Branch and sectary of Party Committee of CRCC XinJiang Branch.
