何帆，经济学博士，现任中国人民大学重阳金融研究院首席经济学家。曾任中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所所长助理、副所长，财新智库首席经济学家、董事总经理。兼任中国人民银行汇率专家组顾问、商务部世界贸易组织司专家组顾问、财政部国际司专家组顾问、外交部国际经济司顾问、世界经济论坛(达沃斯)青年全球领袖、亚洲社会青年领袖、美中关系全国委员会青年领袖等。

Dr. He Fan is currently Chief Economist of RDCY and he also holds office as Consultant of Exchange Rate Expert Group of The People’ s Bank of China, Department of WTO affairs of Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, Department of International of Ministry of Finance of People’s Republic of China, Department of International Economic Affairs. Before that, He was Director Assistant and Deputy Director of Institute of World Economics and Politics at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Chief Economist and Managing Director of Caixin Think tank. In addition, he is Young Global Leader of World Economic Forum, Asia Society and National Committee on United States-China Relations etc.
