《义乌市场信息发布厅》本期邀请义乌市市场发展委员会主任楼小东，介绍我市各产业链配套服务市场有序运转情况；义乌市外事办主任吴丹，介绍为外商来义采购提供的相关服务以及防疫保障。
市场马上就要开市了，我们在产业链配套服务方面做了哪些工作？
市场开市是一件大事，也是一项系统工程，需要义乌整个城市的各种资源来保障。自我市2月10日逐步恢复正常生产生活以来，省内外来义创业者和市场经营户陆续返回义乌。电商、物流、工业、建筑业、生活服务等各行各业都在有序复工复产，其中电商行业响应最为迅速，2月16日快递量已达900万票。所有这些都为市场开市创造了必要的条件。
聚焦2月18日国际商贸城一区、二区开市目标，我们主要做到“四个畅通”。一是客商畅通，为来义采购商提供吃、住、行和外贸服务，二是物流畅通，为采购商和市场经营户提供国际、国内物流和市内短驳物流服务，三是金融畅通，为采购商和市场经营户提供结算、支付、信贷服务，四是口岸畅通，为采购商提供口岸报关、通关服务。
为了实现“四个畅通”，我们将具体落实“四个保障”措施：
一是客商保障方面，我们安排了十余家三星级以上酒店提供1000间商务客房；在市场内及周边提供餐饮服务点150家；已开通38条公交线路，三分之二通往国际商贸城，出租车已投入运营450辆。为采购商服务的外贸企业复工500家，国际货代企业复工100家。
二是物流保障方面，义新欧于2月10日恢复运行。义乌港公司已于2月10日复工。红狮物流园于2月13日开园。陆港集团所属的国内公路港物流中心、江北下朱物流场站、青口物流中心、福田物流中心于2月16日全部开园；义乌好运短驳物流平台于2月16日运行。
三是金融保障方面，市场周边银行网点开业32个，每个网点设立绿色窗口，优先为采购商、市场经营户提供本外币存取款、汇款、信贷、跨境收结汇等服务。
四是口岸保障方面，目前义乌海关已在义乌港、铁路口岸、航空口岸、保税物流中心、国际邮件互换局等口岸平台恢复常态化作业，提供进出口货物查验、税收担保等业务。
总之，服务于市场开市的多种配套已基本就绪，万事具备，只等你的到来！
Merchants all over the world follow closely the information regarding the reopening of Yiwu markets. Their main concern is about safety. And also whether it is a good timing for them to come to Yiwu for procurement and business? Could you address their concerns and give us a briefing?
Yiwu is a business city built on markets. We are sparing no efforts to make sure the markets get ready to open on February 18.We welcome all global businessmen to come to Yiwu. Thanks to our rigorous and effective measures taken previously, the epidemic situation is controllable and stable, and these last 6 days saw no new confirmed cases here. Based on the comprehensive and rigorous measures to safeguard the life and health of our citizens, Yiwu is fully prepared for the work and business resumption of enterprises and opening of markets. We'll continue to work to take more targeted and stronger precautions against the virus after the opening. Currently, related supporting services like catering service, hotels, logistics, finance, transportation, etc, are in the process of full resumption, services matching with the markets in particular are in regular operation. Everything is ready, awaiting for your arrival.
Yiwu government initiated to provide 3-day free accommodation for the newly arrived foreign nationals who plan to purchase goods, start business or seek jobs here. All foreign-related departments like Foreign Affairs Office, Exit& Entry Administration, Commerce Bureau, etc have established service hotlines for inquiries regarding arrival, procurement, life, visa, administrative matters, etc to facilitate targeted services. We'll release daily updates of major foreign-related services info on our official Wechat account "yiwuwaishi"(“义乌外事”). All buyers please log on to a mini App on Wechat "yixingou" (“义信购” ) for health declaration and show us the QR CODE, together with passport or Foreign Citizen Card(Shangyou Card) and travel history over the last 14 days at the checkpoints, then you may enter the market while wearing masks. Please follow the updates released by the CCC Group.
Over the past days, we've been in close contact with all foreign merchants. Many of them have chosen to stay in Yiwu for the Spring Festival. Due to the effective prevention and control measures, there was no confirmed case of foreigners. Moreover, they've been proactively engaged in publicity campaigns against the disease and volunteering services. And overseas merchants care deeply about their second home--Yiwu, giving us great encouragement and support by making donations. For all this, we'd like to extend heartfelt appreciation. Meanwhile, a great number of foreign merchants have reached us for info regarding the prevention and control work, opening of markets, etc, and they're very optimistic of the virus containment and the prospect of the market. Therefore, they're either more than ready to come back soon or already on their way back. For instance, Jordanian merchant Mohanad came back to Yiwu with his family recently, and already resumed his business. They've taken practical action to support the development of Yiwu.
The epidemic won't last long, but our friendship is everlasting. We sincerely welcome all foreign merchants to come to Yiwu for business and entrepreneurship. Let's further enhance trade relations with all countries.
