大卫·阿普恰乌利
格鲁吉亚驻华大使
大卫·阿普恰乌利出生于格鲁吉亚第比利斯市，毕业于莫斯科国际关系学院，1980年和1989年在该院先后获得了国际经济关系硕士及博士学位。1990年起，他便工作于各个和国际关系相关的政府机构。1997年当选为格鲁吉亚外交部国际经济关系部主管，在随后的数年里升迁为外交部董事会副部长和第一副部长。
除了在国内的活动外，阿普恰乌利也积极活跃于国际上的各种集会，并在和国际安全、国际经济合作、解决冲突、维持发展、儿童所面对的问题以及地区之间的合作问题方面上作过重要演讲。他也在哥伦比亚大学、佛罗里达大学和纽约法律协会做过演讲和报告。

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the People’s Republic of China, Georgia
David Aptsiauri was born in Tbilisi, Georgia. He graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations, where he later also received his Master Degree and PhD on International Economics Relation in 1980 and 1989. He has worked in various government organization that were involving with foreign affairs since year of 1990. He became the Director of the Department for International Economic Relations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia in 1997, and was promoted to Deputy Minister and First Deputy Minister of the Board in the following years
In addition, he was a key speaker at various international conferences, covering the crucial topics of international security and economic cooperation, conflict resolution and sustainable development, problems of children, regional and interregional collaboration.He also made presentation and lectures in the Columbia University, University of Florida, and New York Bar Association.
