白约恩
德国驻上海总领馆副总领事
白约恩于1985年毕业于本太平洋莱斯特·皮尔森大学，并于1994年获得波恩大学经济学和翻译(中文与日文)硕士学位。
1996年至1999年期间，白约恩担任德国驻中国台湾台北市交易中心副主任。在这之后的3年里，他在柏林的联合国联邦外交办公室工作，职位由最初的第二书记最终升至为总局。2013年白约恩来京，担任德国驻华大使馆经济参赞。2015年，白约恩升职为德国驻上海总领馆副总领事。除在中国以外，白约恩也曾在日本、阿尔巴尼亚和奥地利等国任职过。
Joern Beissert

Joern Beissert graduated from Lester B. Pearson College of the Pacific in 1985. He received his Master Degree in Economics and Translation (Chinese and Japanese) at Bonn University in 1994.
Between the year 1996-1999, he served as Deputy Director of German Trade Office stationed in Taipei, Taiwan Province of China. From the year 1999-2002, he worked in Berlin's United Nation Federal Foreign Office as Second Secretary, First Secretary and Directorate General. He begun to serve as economic counsellor of Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany at Beijing in 2013. In 2015, he was promoted to Deputy Consul General of Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany and was relocated to Shanghai.Other than China, Joern has also worked in Japan, Albania and Austria before.
