阿里·比尼亚兹
伊朗伊斯兰共和国驻华大使馆首席研究顾问
阿里·比尼亚兹，国际经济学博士，伊朗伊斯兰共和国驻华大使馆首席研究顾问，兼任政治和国际研究学院(IPIS)国际经济与能源研究主任(2006-2013)，该院是隶属于伊朗外交部的一所著名德黑兰智库。曾在德黑兰伊玛目沙德大学伊斯兰研究及经济学系任教，进行基本统计和计量经济学教学。曾担任伊朗驻多国外交官，如加拿大、英国、美国、马来西亚以及中国。其研究兴趣主要集中于在伊斯兰教、能源安全、经济一体化、信息技术革命的社会影响、后金融危机时期转型重塑以及丝绸之路等。
Ali Biniaz
First Counselor for Research, Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran to China, Iran
Ali Biniaz a PhD in Economics is a First Counselor for Research in the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Beijing. He was formerly Director for International Economy and Energy Studies (2006-2013) in the Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS), a well-known think-tank of the Iranian Foreign Ministry in Tehran. Mr. Biniaz was teaching economic courses and energy security in the past in Imam Sadeq University, School of International Relations of the Iranian Foreign Ministry and the University of Tehran. Gaining the colorful experience of studying as well as working in countries such as Canada, the UK, the US, Malaysia and China has encouraged Mr. Biniaz to move towards a zeal for research on Islam, social capital, energy security, economics of integration and self-fashioning in the aftermath of the information revolution and the World Financial Crisis of 2008 as well as very recently the Silk Road.
