卓奥玛尔特·奥托尔巴耶夫
吉尔吉斯斯坦前总理
卓奥玛尔特·奥托尔巴耶夫于1978年毕业于列宁格勒国立大学，数学物理学博士。1981到2005年之间，先后在吉尔吉斯国家科学院、吉尔吉斯国立大学、吉尔吉斯-俄罗斯斯拉夫大学全职或兼职从事科研与教学工作。2006到2011年之间在欧洲复兴与发展银行当高级顾问。在那之后，直到2012年之间被任命为吉尔吉斯坦政府主管经济与投资的副总理，在随后的两年里再度成为吉尔吉斯坦政府第一副总理。他于2014年3月当选为吉尔吉斯坦政府总理。任职期间，以环境投资和反腐败为政府首要任务。他在吉尔吉斯坦加入欧亚经济联盟这一环节中起到了至关重要的作用。2015年4月，卓奥玛尔特•奥托尔巴耶夫递交了辞呈。
Djoomart Otorbaev

Djoomart Otorbaevgraduated with honours from Leningrad (St. Petersburg) State University with a degree in physicsin 1978.From 1981 to 2005 he worked as a junior, senior researcher, then head of the Laboratory of the National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan.From 2006 to 2011, he served as the senior advisor of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. He was later appointed as Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan on the economy and investments, which he served until 2012 when he was promoted to First Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan. On March 2014, he became the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan. His main goal while serving in the office was to improve the investment climate and fight against corruption. He played an active role in Kyrgyzstan joining the Eurasian integration -the Eurasian Economic Union. On April, 2015, he submitted his resignation.
