丹1975年出生于布加勒斯特。因为他在大学时主修数学并获得经济学博士，所以他在政治方面上不乏受其影响，喜欢用合并及统一的方式解决所遇问题。在1999年至2000年期间，他受邀至乔治华盛顿大学访学，利用这个机会对美国的政治作了详尽的观察和学习。
2012年12月，丹被选为布加勒斯特市代表，也成为了文化、艺术、信息委员会的成员。除此之外他还出任国会团体中的书记一职，这个团体的主要任务是将民主自由党和基督民主全国农民党这两个隶属于欧洲人民党的两党，以及正在加入欧洲人民党的公民力量结合起来。

Dan was born on the 31st of December 1975 in Bucharest. From his personal perspective, being a Mathematics graduate and having a PhD in the field of economics studies, he likes everything to be added up, so he has the same approach even in politics, seeking to combine and unify. He was a guest at George Washington University from 1999 to 2000 and was able to observe and study the American Politics at its core.
In December 2012, he was chosen as a Deputy in Bucharest. Thereby, he also has become a member of the Committee for Culture, Arts, Mass Information Means in which he has a permanent activity, and secretary of the parliamentary group in which reunites Democratic Liberal Party and Christian-Democratic National Peasants’ Party, both affiliated to the European People’s Party, and Civil Force which is also in the process of integrating European People's Party.
