方少龙先生是一位贸易技术官员和国别经济学家，现任西班牙驻上海总领事馆经济商务处经济商务领事。方少龙先生于2012年至2013年间担任西班牙工业、能源与旅游部内阁顾问。曾于1999年10月至2004年6月就读于马德里科米亚斯大学(ICADE)并获得企业管理学士学位。

Alfonso Noriega is a trade technology official and country economist. He is the Trade & Economic Consul, Economic & Commercial Office of Spain in Shanghai. He worked as a Cabinet adviser to the Spanish Ministry of industry, energy and tourism from 2012 to 2013. He obtained his bachelor degree of Business Administration from the University of Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid in2004.
