拉克士塔•若特纳亚克先生现任斯里兰卡驻上海领事馆总领事。他曾于2013年至2015年任海外管理处处长，2011年至2013年任斯里兰卡驻韩国大使馆公使。他曾代表斯里兰卡政府在2011年参加亚太电信会议，2010年参加亚太联合经济和社会委员会第66届会议，2009年及2007年参加气候变化和可持续能源研讨会。若特纳亚特先生拥有科伦坡大学政治学文学学士学位，派勒德尼亚大学政治学文学硕士学位。2014年曾参加联邦国家现代外交培训，精通英语和德语。

LakshithaPradeepRatnayake has been Consul General，Consulate General of Sri Lanka，Shanghai since 2015, and he also served as Director of Overseas Administration Division (2013-2015), and Head of Chancery & Minister, Embassy of Sri Lanka Seoul, the Republic of Korea(2011-2013).Mr. LakshithaPradeepRatnayake represented Government of Sri Lanka at Asia Pacific Telecommunication Conference (2011), served as member of the delegation representing the Government of Sri Lanka in the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific and alternate delegate of Sri Lanka in Sixty Sixth Session(2010), represented the Government of Sri Lanka in a seminar on Climate change and sustainable Energy(2009) in Singapore, and served as member of the delegation representing Sri Lanka at SAARC Business Leaders Conference (2007). He acquired his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Political Science at University of Colombo, and University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka and participated in the Commonwealth third country training course on Modern Diplomacy for small states (2014). He also has a good mastery of English and German.
