高新才
兰州大学副校长
高新才，1961年10月出生，现任兰州大学副校长、党委常委，甘肃省社科联副主席。1983年7月毕业留校后在兰州大学经济系、经济管理学院、经济学院任教。1998年11月晋升为教授、博士生导师。1994年5月任经济系副系主任，1996年6月任经济系系主任，1998年7月任经济管理学院院长，2004年3月任经济学院院长，2009年11月担任甘肃省社会科学界联合会副主席。长期致力于理论经济学和区域经济学的研究，先后在国内外学术期刊发表学术论文200多篇，出版学术专著20余部，主持完成了40余项国家和省部级重大课题的研究。除此之外在近20年内还多次被授予各种奖项。
Gao Xincai
Vice President of Lanzhou University
Gao Xincai, born in October 1961, is current Vice President of Lanzhou University, member of Party Committee, and Vice Chairman of Gansu Province's Social Science Association. Since his graduation in 1983, he has been working at Economics Department, College of Economic Management, and College of Economics of Lanzhou University. He was promoted to professor and PhD Counselor in 1998. He was appointed to Deputy Director of Economics Department in 1994 and was further promoted to Director in 1996. He became the Dean of College of Economics Management in 1998 and Dean of College of Economics in 2004. He begun to serve as Vice Chairman of Gansu Province's Social Science Association in 2009. He has been involving in research on the subjects of Economic Theory and Regional Economics for many years. He has published more than 200 research papers and more than 20 publications globally. He has also completed more than 40 important research projects for government. He has also received many awards for his outstanding achievements in the past 20 years.
